The Radiant Heart Women’s Retreat: An Empowering Reflection on Gratitude
Immerse yourself in a day filled with engaging discussions, guided meditations infused with the healing energy of Reiki, a reflective Oracle Card reading on Gratitude, a special Gratitude ceremony, and other soul-nourishing activities crafted to awaken your heart to the transformative power of Gratitude.
Share an Autumn themed lunch while connecting with like-minded women on a journey of self-discovery. Each participant will receive a carefully curated workbook, as well as essential oils and crystals specifically chosen to ignite feelings of appreciation and gratitude within.

What is the inner child, you may ask? It’s that vibrant, curious, and innocent part of you that holds your deepest joy, creativity, and authenticity. Unfortunately, our inner child can experience wounds from past traumas, unmet needs, and neglect in childhood. These negative experiences shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors creating dysfunctional patterns that continue to influence our adult lives.
This 6-week meditation series will guide you to start compassionate dialogue with your inner child, to explore your relationships with your parent figures, to release past childhood wounds holding you in patterns of self-limitation and reclaim the magic and wonder you had as a child.
